Cut-through design

The sign is cut clean through the top layer, so gold shows through every letter.

Stitched by hand

Every hole punched with a chisel and maul, then saddle-stitched with waxed thread.

Burnished edges

Sanded and rubbed smooth until the layers feel like one piece.
